SAFETY SYSTEM
Your comfort, enjoyment and safety are our number one priority. At HALO, the safe word for anyone being made uncomfortable by others within the venue is “Angel.” Find one of our staff, inform us, and we will make sure you are looked after. At the bar, you can order an “Angel Shot” for the same procedure.
We have dedicated female bartenders and security bearing white Halo insignia as safety officers. Please alert them to any issue you are having in the club, and they will handle the situation appropriately to ensure you are safe and secure.
A Safe Room has been created in HALO for any patrons who are made to feel uncomfortable by the actions of bad actors, and need an isolated, quiet space to get away to.
In the Safe Room, female security and front of house staff will look after you while we deal with your complaint timeously, seriously and discreetly.
